The neck IS a target for the foot. It was explained that, rarely does the foot hit ONLY the neck. It is usually a kick to the face that has some part of the attacking foot touching some part of the neck that is the question. When that happens, it is a Valid Point. Thank you for reiterating the earlier clarification of the Facial Area.
