RingMaster declares the first person to score as the winner. Apparently there is some special case in which this does not occur. I am currently looking into this and will keep you updated.

p.s. if you do ever see anything like this occur, you should request that the USAT send a copy of the RingMaster database to me from the ring in which it happened. This will allow me to track down these kind of problems much faster.
Ok... without addition information from the actual matches in which the ties occurred... i have found one possible cause for this to occur... at the end of a match RingMaster would sound the end of match buzzer before the various timers were turned off... under certain situations the timing could be such that another button press was processed... i have change RingMaster so that it shuts the timers down first and then sounds the end of match buzzer... the delay on hearing the end of match buzzer should be less than 1/10 of a second but it will occur after the match is over...
I have sent the USAT the new RingMaster system so it should be in use this weekend in Anaheim...
Let me know if you encounter this situation again.
p.s. if you do encounter this situation a quick look at the match history will clear up who actually scored first.
