( http://www.wtf.org/site/news/wtf.htm?realnum=225&mode=view ) None other than our Referee Co-Chair, Leon Preston. What is that expression about? We aren't sure and some of the suggestions aren't suitable for reproduction here but we all have our eyes on Master Preston as he represents us in China.
